Lymphatic massage
This is a full-body massage, where I often work more deeply with massage of individual body parts. It depends on what kind of problem the customer has. Lymphatic massage differs from other massages, because we work with a light firm grip in the direction of the lymph. The purpose of lymphatic massage is to lead away lymph fluid from swollen areas, which may also have damaged lymph nodes, to healthy areas where the fluid can be taken care of.
In addition, I work to soften body tissue that has become dense and where the lymph fluid cannot pass through very well. I work with a relatively light touch and process the fluid in the direction I want. If too hard a grip is used, the system protests and can then have the opposite effect. If the customer has problems with dense tissue that is blocking, I need to go down and process a little deeper. It is very common for fluid and dense tissue to accumulate around, for example, scars, on the thighs, near the armpits and the pelvis. The massage is really effective and gets the lymph moving. Here I only use YoungLiving’s fine organic and natural products.

Note: Arrive a little before your first treatment, so that you have time to fill out the health declaration before it is time for your massage.
